Snacks for Boosting Brain Power

In my previous posts, I’ve said that almost every day during English class, we do this thing called Brain Fuel. This activity is a time where it is quiet and peaceful, giving us some “alone” time. After doing brain fuel, it allows us to think better and accomplish more things. Here are some good treats to snack on that will help get our minds going!

1. berries

2. nuts (good sources of antioxidants vitamin E)

3. dark chocolate covered bananas ( dark chocolate- helps brighten your mood and bananas- sources of potassium, which helps bring oxygen to the brain)

4. greek yogurt

6. fruit and yogurt smoothies
