Getting Your A Game On

ImageThe time has come…AP testing is getting closer and closer! It’s practically creeping up on us. 😥 My teacher gave my class some advice to prep for the test, and one of them is to eat a good breakfast! Research has shown that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives us energy to start the day and improves our performance in whatever we’re doing. It improves our concentration and problem solving skills, as well as eye-hand coordination. However, some of us may be in a hurry and not have enough time to eat breakfast. It’s okay! Here are some ideas to make for a breakfast on the go~

1. apple sandwiches with granola and almond butter
