Research has shown that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives us energy to start the day and improves our performance in whatever we’re doing. It improves our concentration and problem solving skills, as well as eye-hand coordination. However, some of us may be in a hurry and not have enough time to eat breakfast. It’s okay!
